Curd beating
_
- Attach curd beater to the Hand-Unit.
- Connect power cord to the wall socket and flip the switch to ON.
- Turn the knob on the base to select speed (An idicator lights up).
- After beating,flip switch to OFF and keep the Hand-Unit on the base.
- Turn the knob back to OFF position.
- Disconnect power cord.
- Remove curd beater and wash.
- Store the beater on the base.
